At Flamengo we are committed to your satisfaction with our Polarpure products And we want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our brand. We have a return policy that offers you flexibility and security, both within the first 30 days and afterwards, depending on the situation.

Return within 30 days for poor products

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase as a result of a production error, you can report this to us within 30 days of receipt. We offer a simple and clear process for returning defective products.

Please note that damage caused by incorrect use, accidents, or ignoring maintenance instructions does not fall under this return policy. Returns are only possible for purchases made via Flamengo.com and do not apply to purchases through other resellers.

Support after 30 days

Even after the first 30 days we are ready for you. In the event of problems that arise from factory errors or fall under the warranty, you can still call on us for a replacement.

How do you start a return?

You can register a return shipment by sending an e-mail to info@flamengolife.nl. State your order number and describe the problem. Indicate whether it is about the Polarpure Plunge Bath and/or Polarpure Chiller. Our team helps you further and gives clear instructions for the return process.

Return conditions

Products that you return must be in original, unused condition and well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Also add a copy of the purchase confirmation or invoice for rapid handling.

POLICIAL POLICY Costs

 For defective items within the first 30 days we pay the costs for returns. If you choose to return an unused product without defects, the return costs are for your own account.

Control and processing of returns

As soon as we receive the returned article, our team will carefully investigate it to verify the indicated problem. As soon as the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a refund or replacement for you within around 5 working days. Of course you can count on us to handle this as quickly and carefully as possible.
